1.제목처럼. 하도 IOZ 50㎛ / 상도 Silicon Aluminum 50㎛ 을 적용할 경우 DOLLY TEST가 불가능 한가요?

2.아니면 가능은 한데, 도료의 특성상 부착력이 잘 나오지 않는건가요?

SPEC상 DOLLY TEST를 하라고 하는데, 아래는 SPEC.입니다.

IN all cases, complete system involving silicone based paint shall be tested for adhesion by pull-off test method.

The adhesion of the primer to the steel substrate and the intercoat adhesion of the subsequent coats after curing shall be determined by the application of either a cross-cut test in accordance with ISO 2409 to maximum grade C2 or a pull-off test described in ISO 4624.

Coatings, applied to blast cleaned carbon steel, exhibiting an adhesion of less than 15kg/cm2 shall be rejected and repaired

3.spec에서 silicone수지가 들어가는 도료는 모두 pull-off test를 하는거라고 이해하면 되는 것인지 ?

그렇다면 silicone 수지가 들어가는 않는 도료는 cross-cut test만 하면 되는 것인지도 헷갈리네요.

4.또한, 소지와 하도와의 부착력에 대한 test / 하도와 상도와의 층간 부착력에 대한 test를 할때, dolly t

est를 상도까지 올리고 난 후 하더라도 2가지에 대한 측정값이 나오는 것인지, 아니면 하도를 하고 나서 test를 한번하고, 그 후에 상도를 올리고 나서 다시 한번 test를 하는 것인지요?
